Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• be unused and in the same condition as received;
• be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation;
• include proof of purchase.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing original packaging or accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund where permitted by law.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the product is no longer wanted, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at zojirushi.ie@gmail.com. Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, including replacement, repair, or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• personalised or custom-made products;
• perishable goods;
• personal care items where hygiene seals have been removed;
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases;
• gift cards.

Sale items may only be returned where required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different model or colour, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The returned item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
